These conditions may be modified on a regular basis at Costa Rica Beauty's discretion if deemed necessary. General Description: COSTA RICA BEAUTY SOCIEDAD ANONIMA , corporate identity card number 3-101-484312, located in Costa Rica, and COSTA RICA BEAUTY S.A., located in the United States of America, provide Internet users with the services of tourist, commercial, and logistic contacts in Costa Rica, by means of its main page at URL http://www.CostaRicaBeauty.com (the “Site”), as well as all the portals which make up the Costa Rica Beauty network, subject to the following general terms and conditions:

First: Description of the service. The CostaRicaBeauty.com website ("Costa Rica Beauty") provides users with information, products, as well as services. It was created by Costa Rica Beauty S.A., which also manages it. The Site serves as a meeting point where users can find and post information about services, businesses, and sales in Costa Rica. Our service is based on the information that our users provide. Costa Rica Beauty is committed to ensuring that the information on the Site is as accurate as possible. However, its accuracy is not guaranteed and the Site cannot be held liable for wrongful or omitted information.

Second: Cost of the services. The use of the Site and the services that the CostaRicaBeauty.com network offers is, for now, free, except for the services and products that expressly request payment, as described in clause Third of these Terms of Use.

Third: Paid services. Costa Rica Beauty provides users with three paid services: CRB Mega Advertising, CRB Special Advertising, and CRB Publiclick & Publimpacto. We recommend that you read the details and terms of use of each service by accessing the respective link provided by the Site.

Fourth: Liability. In compliance with applicable law, Costa Rica Beauty is not liable for the following events, notwithstanding the other causes set forth in these terms and conditions. a) Contractual and non-contractual liability: Costa Rica Beauty has no contractual or non-contractual liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect damage or injury, whether or not it has been warned of the possibility of any such damage or injury arising as a result of: (i) the use or inability to use the services; (ii) any cost of procurement of substitute goods or services or any acquired good, as well as any information received by means of the service (iii) any unauthorized access or alteration of your data transmissions; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service. b) Liability for the cessation or interruption of the service: The user expressly acknowledges that Costa Rica Beauty shall not be liable for any damage or injury arising from the interruption, cessation, or termination of the service, whether they be justified or not, with or without prior notice. c) Liability for the use and content of the information: Costa Rica Beauty solely serves as a meeting point for users to post and find information about services, businesses, and sales in Costa Rica, and is not liable for the content that any of the parties may obtain. The liability for the use, truthfulness, and lawfulness of the content rests entirely with the user. d) Liability for the use of links: The service as well as a third party may provide links to other sites or resources on the World Wide Web. The user acknowledges and accepts that Costa Rica Beauty shall not be liable for the availability of the sites or any other external resource, or for any content, advertising, products, services, or any other content available in such sites, or for any eventual damage or injury that may be caused by them.

Fifth: Correct use of the Site. The user shall not use the Site or the services that are offered in the Costa Rica Beauty network to perform any activity which goes against public order, is unlawful or immoral. The user shall comply with all our conditions while using the Site. The user shall respect at all times the restrictions of use of the Site and the services of CostaRicaBeauty.com established by Costa Rica Beauty. Likewise, the user shall not use the services for any commercial endeavors, except in the spaces that are designated for such purpose by the Site.

Sixth: Third party advertisers. The user agrees that any dealing or participation in promotions posted by a third party advertiser found on the Site, including payments and delivery of goods and services, or any other terms, guarantees or others, are solely between the user and the third party advertiser. Costa Rica Beauty shall not have any contractual, non-contractual, or otherwise, liability to the user or a third party, for any damage or injury of any sort that may result from any such dealings or from the presence of such advertisers in the Site.

Seventh: Indemnity. The user shall indemnify and hold Costa Rica Beauty, its representatives, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any loss, damage, complaint, claim, or suit, and any costs and expenses from a third party or inquired by CostaRicaBeauty.com arising out of any use or transmission of information through the service, using the password and account of the user which violates the Terms of Use, any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of third parties.

Eighth: No resale of service. The user shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for commercial purposes, any portion of the service, as well as any use or access to it, notwithstanding the applicable actions for the use of the brands and products which are protected by Costa Rica Beauty.

Ninth: Warranties. Notwithstanding other specific cases, Costa Rica Beauty shall not warrant in any way: a) The services offered by third-party advertisers or businesses made available through the Site; b) The accuracy and reliability of the search results of the Site; c) Goods or services purchased or obtained through the service, or any transaction made through the service; d) Data transmission through email or any other means.

Tenth: User obligations. The user shall not use the Site to: a. Post or transmit, by any means, content which is unlawful, harmful, annoying, threatening, libelous, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, sexual in nature, xenophobic, racist, or, in any way, unacceptable; b. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers for the purpose of disguising the nature of the content transmitted through the Site; c. Post or transmit, by any means, content that, according to these terms, is classified as privileged or confidential information or is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, infringes patents, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right of any other party; d. Post or transmit, by any means, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "chain letters," pyramid schemes, or any other form of such solicitation, except in those areas that are designed for such purpose and that are expressly authorized by the Site; e. Post or transmit, by any means, materials containing viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment; f. Collect or store personal data about other users.

Eleventh: Content screening. The user acknowledges and agrees that Costa Rica Beauty may interrupt the contents before and after they are posted. Costa Rica Beauty reserves the right to remove, at its sole discretion and with no previous notice, any content posted by the users and/or any content on the Site. Costa Rica Beauty representatives have the right (but not the obligation) to reject or replace any content which violates these conditions or which is in any way unacceptable. The user shall evaluate the contents and bears all risks associated with them or with their use.

Twelfth: Protection and disclosure of information from the Site. The user expressly acknowledges, consents and agrees that Costa Rica Beauty may preserve or disclose information if required to satisfy applicable laws or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is necessary to: (a) Comply with a request from a competent judicial or administrative regulatory body; (b) Enforce these conditions; (c) Respond to claims regarding the violation of third-party rights; or (d) Protect the rights, property or personal safety of Costa Rica Beauty and its users.

Thirteenth: Privacy. All personal information provided or communicated through the Site shall be governed by our Privacy Policy.

Fourteenth: Termination of the relationship. Costa Rica Beauty may interrupt the service being used by the user and immediately terminate the relationship with a user in the event of any use of the Site or any of the services of the CostaRicaBeauty.com net that it determines to be in breach of these Terms of Use.

Fifteenth: Copyright. You shall not copy, modify, or distribute the content of our Site, or use in any way the copyrights or trademarks of Costa Rica Beauty. Costa Rica Beauty, S.A. and Costa Rica Beauty LLC own all the legal rights to all the contents of CostaRicaBeauty.com. All rights reserved.

Sixteenth: Competent jurisdiction. The user waives his or her jurisdiction and expressly acknowledges that this contract shall be governed by the laws of Costa Rica and agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Tribunals of San José, Costa Rica, to resolve any legal matter.
